My spouse and I just obtained our Temporary Resident Visas (TRV) and we're planning to fly to Puerto Vallarta in mid-to-late February for the canje process.

We're interested in your professional canje services and would like to know:

What specific services are included? (INM appointment booking, document review, accompaniment, card pickup, etc.)
What is the service fee per person in MXN? (excluding official INM fees ~6,000 MXN)
During February high season, how many days does it typically take to receive the plastic card? Is 1-week completion possible?
Proof of Address concern: Since we'll only be staying in a hotel/Airbnb for ~1 week, can you assist with a valid "Comprobante de Domicilio"? Or must we provide our own utility bill?
Could you share recent 2025/2026 success stories or client feedback?

Our situation:
- Complete documentation ready for both (visa pages, passports, photos, financial proofs)
- Excellent English communication
- Flexible dates in mid-to-late February (if Feb is not possible or not a good time for canje we'll have to push it out to May)
