Water leak

We have a water leak in the ceiling of the first floor of our townhouse at Blue Sapphire View, Colorado Springs 80908. The ceiling drywall is swelling and cracking (a few inches now), and there's water dripping onto the floor (though it seems to have stopped for now). This issue appeared after the shower on the morning of the 4th, but we're unsure if the source is the roof, pipes, or the sprinkler. Please note that the house has two floors, but it doesn't seem like there's a leak on the second floor.
