Requirements
"Name, nationality, type and number of passports or identity card and travel, occupancy, address, telephone, email, date of travel to Mexico, time spent in Mexico, reason for travel. Present documents described in Procedure 5 of the General Guidelines for the issuance of visas issued by the secretariats of the Interior and Foreign Relations:I. Passport or identity and travel document that is valid in accordance with international law and in force, in original and copy;II. A photograph with the face visible and without glasses, in color, passport size, whose measures must be at least 32.0 millimeters x 26 millimeters and at most 39.0 millimeters x 31.0 millimeters, with white and front background; III. Original and copy of the document that proves your legal stay, if the foreign person is not a national of the country where he applies for the visa, already. Economic Solvency:1. Original and proof of investments or bank accounts with average monthly balance equivalent to five thousand days of general minimum wage in force in the Federal District, during the last twelve months, or 2. Original and copy of documents that show that you have employment or pension with monthly income free of taxes greater than the equivalent of three hundred days of general minimum wage in force in the Federal District, during the last six months.b. Scientific research in jurisdictional waters of Mexico:1. Copy of the communication by which the diplomatic representation in Mexico of the country of which they are nationals or residents, notifies the foreign person that the SRE received the authorizations of the competent national authorities, if they are foreign persons who wish to enter to participate in scientific research and / or sample collection projects in the national territory or in jurisdictional waters of Mexico. The letter shall contain the following data:i. Full name of applicant and nationality;ii. Name or corporate name of the organization;iii. Official registration number, as appropriate;iv. Object of the private or public organization or institution;v. Full address and contact details of the organization or institution;vi. Information about the activity you will carry out or the project in which the foreign person will participate. The activity of the foreign person must be related to the purposes of the organization or institution that invites;vii. Estimated duration or approximate date of completion of the activity you will perform;viii. The manifestation of the solidarity responsibility for the maintenance of the foreign person during his stay in Mexico and his return to his country of origin or residence, and ix. Copy of official identification with signature and photograph of those who subscribe to the responsive letter.2. Under an international legal instrument for the mobility of persons.1. Free writing by which the applicant submits his candidacy to the Consular Office, in which he indicates under which instrument he applies for a visa, in original.2. Comply with each of the requirements established in the corresponding international legal instrument of mobility, established by the migration authorities, based on current regulations.e. Family unit 1. Link with foreign person holder of a temporary residence visa or temporary resident student:i. If the applicant is a spouse, concubine or concubinary of a foreign person holding a temporary residence visa or a temporary resident student, marriage certificate or document proving the concubinage or equivalent figure issued by competent authority in accordance with the applicable legislation of the country in which the original legal act was held in original and copy; or If the applicant has a foreign child holder of a temporary residence visa or of temporary resident student, certificate of birth of the child, in original and copy; Temporary residence or temporary resident visa student, valid and valid in original and copy, andiii.
