Why will you move to US?

I will continue to assume the same roles & responsibilities in that managieral capacity, and

manage the design and install of new infrastructure service for Agilent.Agilent IT presence and

infrastructure footprint is primarily US centric. So by relocating to the US,

1. physically presence onsite in the same timezone will allow me for better collaboration and

partnership with internal Agilent internal application partners. since majority of them are located in the

US.

2, a local presense in the US will help manage the implementation of the infrastructure services more

effectively and efficiently since our infrastructure is US centric

1. being expert ranked for 10 years, a local presense onsite will allow me better interact with my

teams and provide guidance and mentoring as needed
